Ex- British Broadcasting Corporation Specialists Face Members of Parliament's Questioning After Allegations of Prejudice in Leaked Document

She initiates by providing context to the disclosed memorandum authored by Michael Prescott and printed in a daily publication.
"I don't want the BBC slanting toward one side or the other, I just want it balanced, impartial and just," he declares.
In response to a query whether he believes the British Broadcasting Corporation is structurally prejudiced, Prescott responds: "No, I do not. Let's be clear, tons of stuff the BBC creates is exceptional - including informative and fictional content."
But he adds: "There exists real work that needs to be done at the BBC."
Another previous consultant BBC consultant questioned by the group, Caroline Daniel, says she regards the BBC with great importance and that it operates a "continuous process and active debate" across fluid and multifaceted subjects.
"Was the BBC willing to engage in a proper discussion and exchange and act accordingly?" she reflects. "From my perspective, indeed, they were."
