Liverpool's Star Extends Statement to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has disclosed that the Egyptian forward expressed regret to the team after the fallout from his televised remarks.
The Incident
He was omitted from a vital match following criticising the club and claiming his relationship with manager had deteriorated.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, please accept my apology.’”
Arne Slot has refused to disclose on whether he was apologised to from the 33-year-old forward.

The player stated that the dressing room atmosphere remained positive. “Nothing about him changed, he was smiling and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “I understand there are specific approaches you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s concerning.”
Team Form
Liverpool's form have stayed unbeaten in the matches since the situation. The player is convinced the Salah's words were not designed to harm the team.
“In moments of frustration, it has consistently come from a place of caring,” Jones concluded. “We’re past that now and we’re uniting strongly, playing well and starting to win games.”
