The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Warriors Party

From the very beginning of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master the talented storyteller has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a diverse cast of heroes, and a gripping narrative showcasing angels, fiends, and malevolent powers growing in strength within the city.

Note: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 lie ahead.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

Episode 3 ended with a dramatic pause and revealed the first table of heroes who will separate from the primary party to begin their independent quest, separate from the remaining groups.

The combat-focused team consists of the determined fighter (portrayed by Travis), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the fierce warrior (the cast member), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).

The Reason for Division

With 13 cast members, it was obvious from the start that maintaining everyone at one table would be impossible.

That’s why, the initial installments of this story serve as an Prelude, weaving together the individual narratives before branching into three separate parties: Warriors, Strategists, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Combat Party

According to Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for players who prefer a classically intense fight-heavy narrative style where peaceful solutions are rare.

Upon first impression, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might appear out of place, but the developments of episode 3 demonstrate why these five characters are best suited for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

First, the team has a clear idea where to proceed after a brutal opening clash with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose demise kicked off the narrative’s action—exploited the foes for his selfish purposes, breaking into the hidden lair, attacking Thimble, and stealing all the enchanted items to sell off.

Casimir then cleared his debts and ran away to a secure base in the northern region, above the city, with Cyd hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a individual motive to exit the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and closest confidant, seeks vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows the region and advises that it is a hostile location.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having defied his house’s orders to eliminate Teor and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • Yet, their status as key figures in the powerful family could help the team reach places they usually can’t.
  • Additionally, The grateful character vowed a life debt to The cleric for his rescue and will now go with him anywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Finally, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control the city for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The warrior and The healer defied the powerful family and the army of fiends they are allied with.
  • The fighter is marked for death by the clan.

This means them no alternative but to travel to the remote area in quest for the traitor.

What’s Next?

According to the latest episode’s post-show segment, we discover that the combat party will be absent next week, leaving the rest of the players to form the Questers and Strategists parties.

Audiences can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be assigned to which table in the season’s concluding setup installment, released on the upcoming Thursday.
